It involves a broad consortium of European partners committed to the same project : using their cultural heritage as a vehicle for combating social exclusion. The authors draw, between their different countries, a cultural itinerary around the hypothesis of the color blue as a European social fact. Emblem and symbol of Europe, the blue is illustrated here in a cultural route constituted by the multiple "blue paths" which connect these countries.
