As part of the closing ceremony of the Erasmus+ project « Roads of the Blue in Europe », participants came in large numbers, to take part in the great conference organized by Aline Rutily, coordinator of the strategic partnership on behalf of the Paysage et Patrimoine sans Frontière Association.
The participants
Among the participants, let us first mention the representatives of the 8 structures of the European Union, partners of the program, who came to present, in a big conference, the collective work in 5 languages Roads of the Blue in Europe.
We should also mention the presence of personalities such as Mother Gabriella Platon, Mother Superior of the Voronet Monastery and Carmen Cornelia Balan, University Professor, who came to Saint-Germain-en-Laye to talk about the blues of the frescoes of this ancient Moldavian monastery. in this lecture.
Lastly, the exceptional participation of nursery school teachers from France, Greece, Estonia, Italy and Romania. In addition, the association "Landscape and Heritage without Borders" invited the directors and curators of the Botanic Gardens of the Universities of Granada in Spain and Padova in Italy. It also hosts teachers from Padua colleges and high schools in Italy, from Faro to Portugal and representatives of the cultural association Acquamarina from Trieste in Italy.
This international conference is being held at the Médiathèque du Jardin des Arts, in the presence of René Prioux, Deputy City Councilor for International Relations, Aline Rutily, Project Coordinator and Jean Soulier, President of the Association "Paysage et patrimoine sans frontière".
It is an opportunity to present, to the great public, the intellectual productions of this project.

It is also an opportunity to celebrate the local event organized by the association Paysage et patrimoine sans frontière to multiply the impacts of this project to the largest public :
The inauguration of the garden "Chemins du Bleu au Jardin des Arts" by Arnaud Péricard, Mayor of the city of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, in the presence of Marta de Cidrac, Senator of Yvelines and President of the Local Mission, Natalia Pouzyreff, deputy of the Yvelines department, Élisabeth Guyard, Departmental Advisor, Sylvie Habert-Dupuis, Mary-Claude Boutin, Maryllis Macé, Isabelle Richard, Christine Adam, Rene Prioux, Benoit Battistelli, D City Councilors of Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
This project led by Aline Rutily for the social integration of unemployed youth is an innovative initiative, where a collaboration is established between the association and the Local Mission Dynam’jeunes, so that young adults without qualifications can participate in all stages from the design of a garden project, from the diagnosis to the mass plan, including the sketch and the plant palette.

This garden could not have been realized without the support of the Batigère Île-de-France Foundation, the Crédit Agricole Ile-de-France Foundation, the Yvelines Department, the City of Saint-Germain-en-Laye and the Cupastone company.
The International Postal Art Exhibition "Blue like a garden without borders " to which everyone, regardless of their country or language, is invited to participate
The "Transcultural Carpet Blue" performance that takes place in the Jardin des Arts, choreographed by Sylvie Daussin, to the sound of musicians Augustin Thibault, Mateo Tretout and Theo Bouvron.
The field trip allowed the participants to take one of the roads of the francilian blue, under the sign of the enchanting and beneficial powers of Sequana, Celtic goddess of the Seine, and its "blue magic" ; they followed a three-hour journey on a barge on one of those paths which the loops of the Seine trace, from the gates of Paris to the sea.
A big "thank you" is sent to the team of the association Paysage et Patrimoine sans frontière which is a great success with all the public who have widely appreciated it : the team led by Aline Rutily, visual artist, national developer Erasmus + for the education and training projects for the landscape and the garden, is composed of Jean Soulier its president and trainer TICE, Nathalie Chancel, Elisabeth Crombecque and Nathalie Magret trainers garden designers, Annick Le Caro and Marie-Claude Levaillant visual artists , Alexandra Koszelyk and Chantal Richard professors in writing workshops, Martine Balout, Monique Malique and Dominique Watrin, heritage trainers. Thanks also to the City of Saint-Germain-en-Laye’s service managers, Laura Albaric for the Environment Department of the Public Space Department, Nathalie Kacin for the Local Mission, and Agnès Virole for the Municipal Museums and Espace Vera.
