This Erasmus + project acts as a follow up to a first Grundtvig partnership, entitled "The Languages of the Blue Colour in Europe", which has already been coordinated by Aline Rutily during 2009-2011, for the association PPSF. The European Commission has awarded the rare mark of 100/100, while also warmly encouraging the continuation of this project concerning young adults.

Based on its excellent results, especially in terms of methodology and educational impact, this project has united France with three partners from the European Union – the city of Ravenna in Italy, the local School Inspectorate in Bacău, Romania, as well as the Beliaev Cultural Centre in Faro, Portugal- continuing, at present, the strategic partnership Erasmus + "Roads of the Blue in Europe : transversality of learnings and transculturality of languages 2015-2018" . In this regard, one of the recent priorities at European level is the initiation of adult education projects, thereby seeking new methodologies for changing the key skills and qualifications of adults. It brings together 8 structures involved in adult education, as well as two secondary schools.
The mutual desire of this new partnership is, in fact, to design innovative educational practices and organize exchanges in order to acquire key competences, beginning with the transversal learning of the colour blue as a "European social act".

The Erasmus + project "Roads of the Blue in Europe : transversality of learnings and transculturality of languages 2015-2018" opens a new field of research in Europe regarding the color blue, raises new questions, through the development of routes, bridges, roads and paths, physical and virtual, between territories and their cultures.
