To realize a multilingual mini-glossary about the landscape based on the geographic, scientific and/or artistic vocabulary of the project languages.
OBJECTIVES
To fix the lexis by observing the site
To be interested in the other languages through the theme of landscape
To approach the concept of landscape starting from the vocabulary to express it. Focus on toponymy.
COMPETENCES
To know and be able to use some foreign words related to the landscape
To exchange with the partners on a specific theme
To personally research on lexis, literary texts, photographic documents in order to take part in the glossary project.

DEVELOPMENT
On the field : a walk through a chosen place to collect impressions for the text, photos, drawings and materials
In the classroom : exhibition of the various elements collected, name them and take note of the lexis subdividing it into categories (nouns, verbs, etc.)
To build up an illustrated multilingual glossary in the partners’ languages : Turkish, English, French, Italian, and Tahitian.
The glossary, still in progress, will be set online to allow the view of its completion.
EVALUATION
It will be based on the ability to :
Be interested in the landscape lexis, its expressive variations and links with the visual language
Discover, know and use a number of words in a foreign language starting from the landscape project
